Start with a problem.
We'll find the physics.
We are in early-stage development, operating out of Wimberley, TX. If one of the seven problems on this site is yours — we want to hear about it.
- Which problem brought you here
- Your location and site type (roof, field, fleet, building)
- Whether you can host a GTN weather station
- Your timeline — research, pilot, or deployment
All GTN station deployments include a data rights clause. High in the Hill Country LLC retains rights to aggregate, analyze, and commercially distribute data from all network stations regardless of hardware funder. This is non-negotiable.
High in the Hill Country LLC
High in the Hill Country LLC (HITHC) is the IP holding company for the CoolerIfYouDid and Ground Truth Network ventures, founded and operated in Wimberley, TX.
HITHC holds patents and licenses technology to two operating ventures: CoolerIfYouDid (PDRC retrofit products and Thermakon building systems) and GTN (hyperlocal weather sensor network for terrain-constrained environments).
We are in early development. The tractor seats are currently on the south-facing slope. The WS90 weather stations are going up in March. The provisional patent was filed March 20, 2026. Everything is being built in the right order.
Show before tell
No key partnerships are announced before there is something to demonstrate. No claims are made that are not falsifiable. Every installation is logged. Every surface temperature is measured. The data is the pitch.
